How to separate CMYK raster colors in CorelDraw 

Pecah 4(empat) Warna CMYK dengan Coreldraw  Sablon manual merupakan bagian penting dalam proses sablon. Salah dalam proses pecah warna menyebabkan hasil sablon yang tidak maksimal yaitu warna yang meleset atau timbul warna bayangan yang tidak kita inginkan.

Oleh karena itu perlu diperhatikan langkah-langkah berikut,

Pertama kamu harus memiliki gambar dengan resolusi besar, bisa kamu download di DeviantArt, kamu bisa download gambar gratis ataupun berbayar.

Therefore, it's important to pay attention to the following steps: 

First, you must have a high-resolution image. You can download it from DeviantArt. You can download free or paid images.

Sekarang buka Coreldraw, ganti ukuran kertas menjadi A3

File > Import dan pilih gamar yang sudah di download dari Deviantart tadi

Pilih Rectangel Tool (F6), buat 4 kotak (berfungsi sebagai patokan pada saat proses pencetakan sablon)

Now open CorelDraw, change the paper size to A3. 

File > Import and select the image you downloaded from DeviantArt. 

Select the Rectangle Tool (F6), create four boxes (these will serve as guidelines during the screen printing process).

Pilih gambar dan tekan tombol P di keyboard, agar posisi berada di tengan-tengah.

Ubah jenis gambar menjadi CMYK dengan cara

Pilih Bitmaps > Mode > CMYK Color (32-bit)

Oke, sekarang kita akan memulai pemisahan warna dan merubahnya menjadi raster.

Select the image and press the P key on your keyboard to center it. 

Change the image type to CMYK by selecting Bitmaps > Mode > CMYK Color (32-bit). 

Okay, now we'll start separating the colors and converting them to a raster.

-Warna Cyan

1. Merubah/mengambil gambar hanya warna Cyan nya saja

Pilih Effects > Adjust > Tone Curve

Ganti Channel menjadi Magenta channel

Atur curva Y : menjadi 0, sedangkan X : biarkan saja

Klik Preview

Ganti Channel menjadi Yellow channel

Atur curva Y : menjadi 0, sedangkan X : biarkan saja

Klik Preview

Ganti Channel menjadi Black channel

Atur curva Y : menjadi 0, sedangkan X : biarkan saja

Klik Prview

Klik OK

Kita sudah dapat warna cyan.

-Cyan Color 

1. Change/capture only the cyan color of the image. 

Select Effects > Adjust > Tone Curve. 

Change the channel to the Magenta channel. 

Set the Y curve to 0, while the X curve remains unchanged. 

Click Preview. Change the channel to the Yellow channel. 

Set the Y curve to 0, while the X curve remains unchanged. 

Click Preview. 

Change the channel to the Black channel. 

Set the Y curve to 0, while the X curve remains unchanged. 

Click Preview. 

Click OK. 

We have a cyan color.

2. Sekarang kita akan merubah warna cyan tadi menjadi hitam putih (grayscale)

Pilih Bitmaps > Convert to bitmap

Maka akan muncul kotak convert to bitmap

Atur Resolution sesuai dengan kebutuhan kamu (kita pakai 200dpi saja)

Ganti Color mode menjadi Grayscale (8-bit)

Centang Transparent Background

OK

Cyan sudah berubah menjadi warna hitam-putih.

2. Now we'll convert the cyan color to black and white (grayscale). 

Select Bitmaps > Convert to bitmap. 

The convert to bitmap box will appear. 

Set the resolution to your needs (we'll use 200 dpi). 

Change the Color mode to Grayscale (8-bit). 

Check Transparent Background. 

OK. 

The cyan color has been converted to black and white.

3. Merubah grayscale tadi menjadi raster

Pilih Bitmaps > Color Transform > Halftone

Maka akan muncul kotak halftone

Dikotak halftone akan muncul hanya ada blacknya saja, lalu atur kemiringan dotnya 45 derajat, pada Max dot Radius untuk mengatur besar kecil titik radius, isi 3.

OK

Jika di zoom maka akan terlihat titik rasternya.

Sekarang simpan file, pilih File > Export dengan nama Cyan

Selesai, untuk warna cyan

3. Convert the grayscale to raster. 

Select Bitmaps > Color Transform > Halftone. 

A halftone box will appear. 

The halftone box will show only black. Set the dot angle to 45 degrees. In the Max dot Radius box, set the dot radius to 3. 

OK. 

Zoom in, the raster dots will be visible. 

Now save the file by selecting File > Export and naming it Cyan.

Done. For the cyan color

Setelah Cyan tadi sudah di Save

Klik Undo (Ctrl + Z) sebanyak 3 kali (untuk mengembalikan gambar dari raster, grayscale dan cyan tadi menjadi seperti semula)

Untuk warna selanjutnya Magenta, Yellow dan Black, kamu ikuti saja langkah Cyan diatas tadi.

Bedanya hanya ada dilangkah 1, 

After saving the Cyan color, 

Click Undo (Ctrl + Z) three times (to restore the raster, grayscale, and cyan images to their original state). 

For the remaining colors, Magenta, Yellow, and Black, simply follow the steps above for Cyan. 

The only difference is in step 1.

-Warna Magenta

Jika ingin ngambil warna Magenta, berarti cyan, yellow dan black, Y nya dirubah menjadi 0. 

-Warna Yellow

Jika ingin ngambil warna Yellow, berarti cyan, magenta dan black, Y nya dirubah menjadi 0.

-Warna Black

Jika ingin ngambil warna Black, berarti cyan, magenta dan yellow, Y nya dirubah menjadi 0.

-Magenta

Yellow

-Black
