Coba kamu liat gambar dibawah keren ga? hmmm audah..hehee. Gambar putih diatas bahan hitam seperti negative. Desain itu menggunakan Photoshop, jika kamu pengen tau caranya, ikuti aja langkah ini.

Buka file gambar kamu
Ingat gambarnya harus yang hitam-putih dan resolusi pixel gambar kalo bisa si yang bagus.
Open your image file. Remember, the image must be black and white and, if possible, use a high pixel resolution.
Kemudian buat baru File > New
Then, create a new File > New.
Agar lebih mudah ganti type ukuran menjadi "cm", kenapa harus cm?, ada banyak ukuran kertas print yaitu A0 (84.1cm x 118.9cm), A1 (59.4cm x 84.1cm), A2 (42.0cm x 59.4cm), A3 (29.7cm x 42.0cm), A3+ (31.8cm x 48.0cm), A4 (21.0cm x 29.7cm), A5 (14.8cm x 21.0cm) dan masih banyak lagi. Nah kamu ingin membuat gambar di ukuran kertas yang mana, sesuaikan dengan pilihan kamu, juga sesuaikan dengan printernya

Pada file gambar kamu lihat panel LAYERS yaitu layer Background, perhatikan tanda kuncinya, agar bisa di edit klik 2 kali lalu ok, maka akan berubah menjadi layer 0 dan tanda kuncinya akan hilang, nah sekarang layer gambar sudah bisa di edit.
In the image file, you'll see the LAYERS panel, specifically the Background layer. Note the lock symbol. To edit it, double-click it and then click OK. It will change to Layer 0 and the lock symbol will disappear. Now, the image layer is editable.
Pilih menu Select > Color Range maka akan muncul kotak Color Range lalu ganti Select menjadi putih (Hightlight)
Select Select > Color Range. A Color Range box will appear. Change the Select to white (Highlight).
Secara otomatis gambar akan terseleksi hanya warna putihnya saja, kemudia hapus dengan menekan tombol Delete pada keyboard
The image will automatically select only the white color. Press the Delete key on your keyboard to delete it.
Pilih menu Image > Mode > Grayscale, bila muncul pesan pilih discard
Select Image > Mode > Grayscale. If a message appears, select Discard.
Pilih menu Image > Mode > Bitmap, bila muncul pesan ok saja
Select Image > Mode > Bitmap. If a message appears, select OK.
Maka akan muncul kotak Bitmap, ganti Output sesuka kamu, ingat semakin besar output yang kamu isi, maka semakin kecil titik rasternya, kebanyakan untuk sablon sih antara 250 sampai 300 px/inch
A Bitmap box will appear. Change the Output to your liking. Remember, the larger the output, the smaller the raster dots. Most screen printing options are between 250 and 300 pixels per inch.
Akan muncul kotak Halftonescreen, isi Frequancy 50 (pengaruh ukuran raster), Angle 20 (kemiringan raster) dan Shape elipse (bentuk raster), klik ok
A Halftonescreen box will appear. Enter Frequency 50 (influences raster size), Angle 20 (raster tilt), and Shape ellipse (raster shape). Click OK.
Coba kamu Zoom, dan perhatikan titik-titik rasternya
Try zooming in and observing the raster dots.
Sekarang kita akan tambahkan 4 kotak kecil disudut-sudut gambar, mungkin kamu bertanya Kenapa harus pake kotak2 kecil itu? sekarang saya tanya, Bila kamu melakukan penyapuan apakah hanya 1 kali? pastinya 2/3 kali doong agar mendapatkan hasil yang sedikit lebih tebal, Apakan kamu menggunakan feeling pada saat penyapuan ke 2 dan ke 3 kalinya?, bila iya Pasti butuh waktu untuk nge-pas-in screen ke objek gambar. Nah disinilah fungsi dari 4 kotak tersebut.

Definitely 2 or 3 times to get a slightly thicker result. Do you use feel for the second and third strokes? If so, it definitely takes time to fit the screen to the image object. This is where those four squares come in handy.
Gambar sudah dijadikan raster, agar gambar raster tadi bisa di edit dan ditambahkan kotak kecil itu, pilih Image > Mode > Grayscale, bila muncul size rasio isikan 1, ok
The image has been rasterized. To edit the raster image and add the small boxes, select Image > Mode > Grayscale. When the size ratio appears, enter 1. OK.
Pilih menu Select > Color Range, pada kotak Color Range ganti Select menjadi putih (Hightlight), klik ok
Select Select > Color Range. In the Color Range box, change the Select to white (Highlight), click OK.
Lalu tekan Delete pada keyboard kamu, agar warna putihnya hilang
Then press Delete on your keyboard to remove the white color.
Sekarang kita akan melebarkan ukuran kanvas gambar, untuk memberikan ruang 4 kotak yang ingin kita buat. Pilih menu Image > Canvas Size,
Now we will expand the canvas size to make room for the four boxes we want to create. Select Image > Canvas Size.
Agar lebih mudah ganti ukuran menjadi inchi lalu tambahkan 1 atau 2 inchi pada width dan height
To make it easier, change the size to inches, then add 1 or 2 inches to the width and height.
Lihat gambar dibawah ini width 10.544 + 1 = 11.544 dan height 13.781 + 1 = 14.781
bearti kamu harus isi width 11.544 dan height 14.781, klik ok
See the image below: width 10.544 + 1 = 11.544 and height 13.781 + 1 = 14.781. This means you should enter a width of 11.544 and a height of 14.781, click OK.
Sekarang drag gambar ke file document dengan ukuran kertas yang kamu buat diawal tadi, lalu sesuaikan. Untuk cara yang kedua bisa lihat disini.

Dan sekarang kamu save kemudian print deh dengan jenis kertas HVS atau Repro lalu memproses penyablonan. Inget pada saat penyablonan nanti warna tintanya harus warna putih, bisa pake rubber, super white dll.
