T-Shirt Design with CorelDraw
Disini kita akan men desain kaos dengan coreldraw dengan 2 warna yang akan kita sablon nanti, seperti gambar diatas. Yang berukuran 42.0cm x 59.4cm disebut juga kertas ukuran A2.
Langsung aja simak langkah-langkah berikut ini :
Here, we'll design a t-shirt in CorelDraw using two colors, which we'll screen print later, as shown in the image above. The size is 42.0cm x 59.4cm, also known as A2 paper. Just follow these steps:
Seperti byasa klik File lalu New
Buatlah 4 kotak dengan menggunakan Ractangle Tool dan beri warna hitam menggunakan Smart Fill Toll dan letakan diujung sudut page. Kotak ini berfungsi sebagai patokan pada saat penyablonan nanti, agar warna tepat berada pada posisinya.
As usual, click File, then New.
Create four boxes using the Rectangle Tool and fill them with black using the Smart Fill Tool.
Place them at the corners of the page.
These boxes will serve as guides during screen printing, ensuring the colors are positioned correctly.
Pilih Text Type Tool dengan tulisan COLLATION.COM atau buat tulisan terserah anda. lalu ganti ukuran kertas dipojok kiri menjadi A2.
Select the Text Type Tool with the words COLLATION.COM or whatever you like.
Then, change the paper size in the left corner to A2.
Sebelum masuk langkah selanjutnya simpan dulu dengan meng Export menjadi format JPG.
"Kenapa kita harus menggunakan format JPG-JPEG? karena jika kita ingin mengeprint desain kaos dengan coreldraw tadi kita ga perlu repot lagi buka2 coreldraw, kita tinggal buka filenya aja yang udah disimpan di folder dan kemudian setting print deh."
Berikut cara mengexport JPG-JPEG :
Klik File lalu pilih Export,
Isi nama file di File Name terserah anda, ganti pada Save as Type menjadi JPG-JPEG Bitmaps, trus klik Export, maka akan muncul tab Convert to Bitmap seperti gambar dibawah.
Before proceeding to the next step, save the file by exporting it as a JPG.
"Why do we need to use JPG-JPEG format? Because if we want to print the t-shirt design using CorelDRAW, we don't need to bother opening CorelDRAW. We just need to open the file saved in the folder and then set the print settings."
Here's how to export JPG-JPEG:
Click File and select Export.
Enter the file name in File Name as you wish. Change the Save as Type to JPG-JPEG Bitmaps. Then click Export. The Convert to Bitmap tab will appear, as shown below.
Klik OK,
Maka akan muncul JPEG Export.
Disini kita akan merubah ukuran file agar ga terlalu besar dan banyak memakan ruang disk pada komputer kita.
Perhatikan,
pada Compression ini berfungsi untuk mengurangi ukuran File Size. Disebelah kanan bawah terdapat File Size yang ukurannya sama dengan ukuran Image Size yang ada disebelah kiri bawah yaitu 90.5MB, untuk mengurangi file yang besar itu coba anda ganti nilai Compression menjadi 5 lalu klik Preview, maka File Sizenya akan berkurang.
Jika sudah klik OK
Selanjutnya pilih Roughen Brush (seperti tanda garpu), klik pada objek tulisan hingga muncul kotakkotak kecil, lalu pilih Smart Fill Tool warnai bagian dalam tulisan, seperti gambar dibawah.

Click OK.
The JPEG Export window will appear.
Here, we'll resize the file so it doesn't take up too much disk space on our computer.
Note:
"Compression" reduces the file size. In the bottom right corner, the "File Size" is the same as the "Image Size" in the bottom left corner, which is 90.5MB. To reduce the file size, try changing the "Compression" value to 5, then click "Preview." The file size will decrease. After clicking "OK,"
Next, select the Roughen Brush (like a fork). Click on the text object until small boxes appear, then select the Smart Fill Tool and color the inside of the text, as shown below. Color the inside of the text you want to use as a second color.

Do it until the last letter
Jika sudah pilih Pick Tool dan klik pada tulisan luarnya kemudian tekan tombol Delete pada keyboard.

Once you've selected the Pick Tool, click on the outer text, then press the Delete key on your keyboard. The following image will appear.
Simpan dengan meng Export menjadi JPG seperti langkah yang tadi
Cari file yang tadi telah disimpan, maka terdapat 2 gambar dengan bagian dalam dan bagian luar. Dan siap untuk diprint trus disablon dehh dibaju..
Save by exporting it as a JPG, as in the previous step.
Find the file you saved earlier. You'll see two images, one inside and one outside. Now, it's ready to be printed and then screen-printed onto your shirt.
