Bagi sabloner yang ingin membut gambar kaos dan bersifat warna banyak, byasanya CMYK lah alternatif sebagai pilihan, untuk hasil bagus tergantung juga dari tinta sablon yang kita pake dan proses penyablonannya, karena cara membuat film cmyk untuk sablon menggunakan komputer itu rata-rata semua sama.

Ok disini kita akan membuat dengan ukuran kertas A4

Seperti biasa langkah pertama File lalu New

Okay, here we'll create an A4 paper size. 

As usual, the first step is File, then New.

Atur width : 21 cm

Height : 29.7 (dalam ukuran cm byar gampang) 

Resolution : disini kita kasih 100 (resolusi ini akan dipakai untuk meng convert menjadi Bitmap nanti)

Color Mode : CMYK Color dong tentunya

Background : Transparan atau putih juga bisa

Buat 4 kotak kecil dengan menggunakan Ractangle Tool, ini berfungsi sebagai patokan saat penyablonan nanti

Set the width: 21 cm 

Height: 29.7 (in cm, it's easy to see) 

Resolution: Here, we'll set it to 100 (this resolution will be used to convert to a bitmap later) 

Color Mode: CMYK Color, of course 

Background: Transparent or white is also possible 

Create 4 small squares using the Rectangle Tool. This will serve as a reference during screen printing.

Masukan gambar yang anda inginkan

Pilih menu Layer lalu cari Flatten Image untuk menggabungkan semua layer
dan pada Tab Channels klik di paling kanan pilih Split Channels

Insert your desired image. 

Select the Layer menu, then select Flatten Image to merge all layers. 

On the Channels tab, click the far right corner and select Split Channels.

Maka secara otomatis akan muncul 4 documen dengan masing-masing karakter C(Cyan), M(Magenta), Y(Yellow), K(Black).

Dan sekarang kita akan mereubah masing-masing menjadi bitmap

Ok kita rubah documen C (Cyan) terlebih dahulu

Pilih Image lalu Mode dan klik Bitmap

Maka akan muncul kotak seperti dibawah ini 

This will automatically create four documents, each with the characters C (Cyan), M (Magenta), Y (Yellow), and K (Black). 

Now, we'll convert each of them to a bitmap. Okay, let's convert document C (Cyan) first. 

Select Image, then Mode, and click Bitmap. A box like the one below will appear.

Masukan Output Resolutionnya sesuai dengan yang tadi kita buat pada awal buat baru

Ganti Method dengan Halftone Screen.. klik OK

Maka muncul kotak Halftone Screen

Atur Frequency yang diinginkan kita kasih 70 (besar kecilnya titik-titik)
Angle 25 (sudut kemiringan)
Shape Ellipse dan klik Ok

Dan bila gambar di zoom maka akan terlihat titik-titik Raster nya seperti ini

Enter the Output Resolution according to the one we set when we first created the new image. Change the Method to Halftone Screen. Click OK. 

The Halftone Screen box will appear. 

Set the desired Frequency to 70 (dot size). 

Angle to 25 (tilt angle). 

Shape Ellipse and click OK. 

When the image is zoomed in, the raster dots will appear like this.

Nah ulangi langkah itu di M(Magenta) , Y(Yellow), K(Black) karena ane ga mao ngeberatin mbah google dengan gambar-gambar yang sama, heheee

Sebelum kamu sablon, kamu bisa memprediksi hasilnya dengan cara menggabungkan 4 file tersebut di photoshop, bisa lihat disini.

Terakhir Simpan dengan format ext JPG/JPEG byar abang2 tukang printnya bisa langsung print tanpa harus buka photoshopnya dulu, bisa lihat cara merubah(export file) disini , n langsung kita liat cara sablonnya yuk.. Proses Penyablonan

Now, repeat the steps for M (Magenta), Y (Yellow), and K (Black) because I don't want to burden Google with the same images, hehe. 

Before you screen print, you can predict the results by combining the four files in Photoshop, as you can see here.
