Ada banyak trick yg bisa kamu lakukan di photoshop untuk hasil gambar kamu lebih bagus dan tentunya lebih efisien (tergantung dari cara menyablon dan jenis tinta sablon nya juga sih). Sedikit curcol, ketika sang penulis ingin print kertas untuk sablon dengan ukuran yg full kaos (maklum ga punya printer dirumah), ehh ternyata tempat jasa printnya hanya memiliki kertas A4 doi ga punya kertas ukuran A0 atau A3. Lantas daku berpikir bagaimana ya cara memisahkan 1(satu) gambar yg besar itu menjadi 2(dua) file/document gambar?, agar dapat terealisasikan keinginan menyablon kaos dengan ukuran gambar yg full kaos. Setelah mengotak-atik photoshop ini, akhirnya berhasil juga menemukan cara yg efektif untuk menanggulanginya.

A little bit of a confession, when the author wanted to print paper for screen printing with a full t-shirt size (understandably, I don't have a printer at home), it turned out that the printing service place only had A4 paper, they didn't have A0 or A3 size paper. Then I thought about how to separate 1 (one) large image into 2 (two) image files/documents?, so that the desire to screen print a t-shirt with a full t-shirt image size can be realized. After tinkering with photoshop, I finally managed to find an effective way to overcome this.

Buka gambar kesukaan kamu yg ingin kamu edit, contoh disini kita pakai dengan nama "gambar emo" disarankan yg resolusinya bagus(tinggi)

Open your favorite image that you want to edit. In this example, we'll use the name "emo image." It's recommended to use a high resolution image.

Buat document(file)
File > New
Pada Document Size rubah pixel menjadi cm
Isi Width 42 dan Height 29.7 (ukuran kertas A3)
Isi Resolution 250-300 Pixel
Pilih Ractangle Tool dan buat 4 kotak kecil disudut document, ini berfungsi untuk patokan pada saat penyablonan nanti.
Tekan (Ctrl-S) simpan dengan nama "atas"
Kemudian tekan (Ctrl-Sift-S) simpan dengan nama "bawah"
Lalu File > Open dan buka file dengan nama "atas" tadi
Create a document (file) 

File > New 

In Document Size, change pixels to cm 

Enter Width 42 and Height 29.7 (A3 paper size) 

Enter Resolution 250-300 pixels 

Select the Rectangle Tool and create four small squares in the corners of the document. This will serve as a guideline for screen printing. 

Press Ctrl-S to save it as "top." 

Then press Ctrl-Shift-S to save it as "bottom." 

Then go to File > Open and open the file named "top." 

Maka kamu sekarang memiliki 3 document, yaitu 1 gambar yg ingin kamu edit dan 2 document yg baru saja dibuat

You now have three documents: the image you want to edit and the two newly created documents.

Sekarang kamu masuk ke document "gambar emo" yg ingin kamu edit,
Pilih menu Image > Image Size
Pada Document Size ganti pixel menjadi cm
Isi Width menjdai 42 (Height nya jangan kamu isi)
Klik ok
Maka gambar akan membesar, kenapa ko harus dibesarkan? karena kita ingin print diukuran kertas A3, jadi gambar harus disesuaikan dengan 2 document yg tadi telah kita buat.

Now, go to the "emo image" document you want to edit. 

Select Image > Image Size. 

In Document Size, change pixels to cm. 

Enter Width to 42 (don't fill in the Height). 

Click OK. 

The image will then enlarge. Why does it need to be enlarged? Because we want to print it on A3 paper, so the image must fit the two documents we just created. 

Pilih Move Tool klik pada gambar "gambar emo" dan tahan lalu geser (drag) ke document "atas"
Kemudian tekan Ctrl-T, dan sesuaikan lebarnya saja
Select the Move Tool. Click on the "emo image" and hold, then drag it to the "top" document. Then press Ctrl-T and adjust the width.

Pilih layer Background
Pilih Magic Wand Tool dan klik disembarang gambar sehingga muncul garis putus-putus di sisi atas, bawah, kiri, kanan document
Kemudian pilih Layer 1(gambar emo)
Tekan tombol Ctrl-J, maka secara otomatis akan terbentuk gambar baru yaitu Layer 2, lalu hilangkan tanda matanya
Select the Background layer. 

Select the Magic Wand Tool and click anywhere on the image to create dotted lines at the top, bottom, left, and right sides of the document. 

Then select Layer 1 (the emo image). 

Press Ctrl-J to create a new image, Layer 2, and then remove the eye symbol. 

Pilih Layer Background lagi
Pilih Magic Wand Tool lagi, dan klik disembarang gambar sehingga muncul garis putus-putus di sisi-sisi document seperti tadi
Kemudian Pilih Layer 1(gambar emo)
Tekan Delete pada keyboard, maka gambar akan terhapus, et jangan kaget brother! tenang aja, pokoknya ikutin terus deh langkah ini sampe abis.
Select the Background Layer again. 

Select the Magic Wand Tool again and click anywhere on the image to create dotted lines at the sides of the document, as before. 

Then select Layer 1 (the emo image). 

Press Delete on your keyboard, and the image will be deleted. Don't be surprised! Don't worry, just follow these steps until the end.

Oke jika sudah ditekan delete, aktifkan tanda mata pada layer 2, maka gambar akan muncul
Okay, once you've pressed delete, activate the eye symbol on layer 2, and the image will appear. 

Dan sekarang pilih layer 1, lalu pilih Move Tool lalu drag ke document "bawah", maka gambar emo yg bawah akan terlihat di document "bawah"
Now, select layer 1, then select the Move Tool and drag it to the bottom document. The bottom emoji image will appear in the bottom document. 

Jangan di apa-apain dulu, inget kita disini akan menyembung gambar untuk sablon, jadi agar saat menyambung kertas print nanti untuk proses pencahayaan(afdruk) dan penyapuan gambar bisa tepat dan tidak meleset.
Don't do anything yet. Remember, we're connecting the image for screen printing. This will ensure that when connecting the printed paper, the lighting (printing) and image sweeping process are accurate and accurate.

Sekarang kamu Close document "gambar emo"
Now close the "emo image" document. 

Pilih Arrange Document dan pilih 2 up ("2 up" berfungsi untuk merubah tampilan document menjadi 2 bagian)

Select Arrange Document and select 2 up ("2 up" changes the document display into 2 sections). 

Pilih menu View > Show > Grid, sehingga muncul garis-garis
Select View > Show > Grid to display the grid lines.

Pilih document "atas" dan "bawah" lalu Zoom In bagian gambar yg ditandai warna merah seperti gambar dibawah ini hingga masing-masing 100%.

Select the "top" and "bottom" documents, then zoom in on the image sections marked in red, as shown below, to 100% each.

Kita akan mensejajarkan gambar document "bawah", jadi document "atas" jangan di geser atau di edit, byarkan saja.
Ok pilih document "bawah", pilih Move Tool lalu sesuaikan gambar "bawah" dengan gambar "atas" berpatokan kotak-kotak grid sehingga gambar terlihat sejajar dengan satu garis vertical(tegak)
We'll align the "bottom" document image, so don't move or edit the "top" document; just leave it alone. 

Okay, select the "bottom" document, select the Move Tool, then adjust the "bottom" image to the "top" image, referring to the grid boxes so that the images appear aligned with one vertical line.

Jika sudah sejajar, kecilkan kembali 2 document tersebut dengan Zoom Out
Once aligned, zoom the two documents back in using Zoom Out. 

Pilih menu View > Show > Grid, dan hilangkan tanda centangnya (menghilangkan garis grid)
Select View > Show > Grid and uncheck the box (removing the grid lines). 

Maka gambar akan terlihat seperti gambar 1.0 di atas dan siap untuk di simpan
The image will then look like Figure 1.0 above and is ready to be saved. 

Pilih File > Save for Web & Devices (kalo ada pesan muncul, klik Yes aja)
Select File > Save for Web & Devices (if a message appears, just click Yes). 

Simpan 2 gambar tersebut mengeksportnya dengan format JPEG

Save the two images and export them in JPEG format. 

Bisa kamu printout film pakai kertas hvs atau plastik repro

You can print the film using HVS paper or plastic film. 

Dan cara menyambungnya kamu satukan 2 kotak dibawah gambar "atas" dengan 2 kotak diatas gambar "bawah", bisa kamu sambung menggunakan solatip bening(transparant). Lalu di afdruk dan di sablon deh. lihat cara menyablonnya

To connect them, connect the two boxes below the "top" image with the two boxes above the "bottom" image. You can connect them using clear (transparent) tape. Then, print and screen print. See how to screen print.
