Combining CMYK files in Photoshop #method 1
Terkadang ketika selesai mengedit gambar untuk sablon CMYK kita sering membayangkan "bagaimana ya hasilnya nanti?". Nah disini kita akan mencoba membuat hal itu menjadi sedikit lebih nyata, karena bila kita sudah bisa memprediksi hasil akhirnya, maka kemungkinan untuk pengeditan ulang masih bisa dilakukan sebelum proses penyablonan. Berikut cara Menggabungkan file CMYK.
Sometimes, when we finish editing images for CMYK screen printing, we often wonder "what will the result be like?" Well, here we'll try to make that a little more realistic. If we can predict the final result, then we can still make further edits before the screen printing process. Here's how to combine CMYK files.
Langkah pertama
Memisahkan warna gambar
Buka gambar File > Open atau File > New
Buat 4 kotak menggunakan Rangtangle Tool berwarna Hitam dan letakan di sudut gambar
Pilih menu Image > Mode > CMYK Color
Pilih CHANNELS > Split Channels seperti gambar 1.1

Open the image: File > Open or File > New
Create four squares using the black Rangle Tool and place them in the corners of the image
Select Image > Mode > CMYK Color
Select CHANNELS > Split Channels as shown in Figure 1.1

Four different images will appear: Cyan (C), Magenta (M), Yellow (Y), and Black (K).
Langkah kedua
Merubah 4 gambar menjadi raster
Sekarang aktifkan di documen Black(K)
Maka akan muncul kotak Bitmap, masukan Output diatas 200 px/inch (karena standarnya untuk raster antara 200 hingga 300 px)
Dan pilih Method jadi HalftoneScreen..
Klik OK
Maka akan muncul kotak Hafltone Screen..
Atur Frequency (pengaruh ketebalan titik raster), Angle (kemiringan titik raster) dan Shape (bentuk titik raster). Saya sendiri byasa memakai Frequency = 70, Angle = 25 dan Shape = Elipse
Klik OK
Dan bila di zoom akan terlihat titik-titik rasternya

Step Two:
Convert the four images to raster.
Now activate Black (K) in the document.
A Bitmap box will appear.
Enter an Output value above 200 px/inch (because the standard for raster is between 200 and 300 px).
And select the Method as Halftone Screen.
Click OK.
A Halftone Screen box will appear.
Adjust the Frequency (influence of the raster dot thickness), Angle (raster dot tilt), and Shape (raster dot shape). I usually use Frequency = 70, Angle = 25, and Shape = Ellipse.
Click OK.
Zoom in and you'll see the raster dots.
NOTE
In this second step, you can save and export the image for printing.
Langkah ketiga
Merubah gambar raster agar bisa di edit
Isi Size Ratio = 1 dan klik Ok
Pilih menu Image > Mode > CMYK Color
Bila muncul pemberitahuan klik saja OK
Klik 2 kali di layer Background dan bila muncul kotak New Layer klik saja Ok, hingga tanda kuncinya hilang
Pilih menu Select > Color Range..
Ganti Select : (kotak putih)Highlights klik Ok
Maka gambar akan terseleksi hanya warna putihnya saja, kemudian tekan Delete pada keyboard
Ulangi langkah kedua dan ketiga diatas pada Layer Cyan(C), Magenta(M) dan Yellow(Y)
Step Three:
Change the raster image so it can be edited.
Enter Size Ratio = 1 and click OK.
Select Image > Mode > CMYK Color.
If a notification appears, click OK.
Double-click the Background layer, and when the New Layer box appears, click OK until the lock disappears.
Select Select > Color Range.
Change Select: (white box) to Highlights, click OK.
This will select only the white color in the image. Press Delete on your keyboard.
Repeat the second and third steps above for the Cyan (C), Magenta (M), and Yellow (Y) layers.

Step Four:
Merge the files.

Lihat gambar 1.2 diatas
Drag gambar A48bitb1.psd_M ke dalam A48bitb1.psd_C
Drag gambar A48bitb1.psd_Y ke dalam A48bitb1.psd_C
Drag gambar A48bitb1.psd_K ke dalam A48bitb1.psd_C
Sehingga file CMYK terdapat di dalam gambar A48bitb1.psd_C seperti gambar 1.3
See Figure 1.2 above.
Drag the A48bitb1.psd_M image into A48bitb1.psd_C.
Drag the A48bitb1.psd_Y image into A48bitb1.psd_C.
Drag the A48bitb1.psd_K image into A48bitb1.psd_C.
So that the CMYK file is inside the A48bitb1.psd_C image, as shown in Figure 1.3.

Buat layer baru yaitu layer 4, kasih warna putih menggunakan Paint Bucket Tool dan letakan di bawah layer 0 (letakan paling bawah)

Zoom gambar A48bitb1.psd_C hingga besar dan terlihat titik rasternya dengan jelas
Atur gambar dengan berpatokan kotak yang telah dibuat, sehingga titik raster berada tepat dengan titik raster lainnya
Sekarang kita akan memberi warna pada layer cyan, magenta, yellow dan black
Pilih layer 3 (black)
Pilih menu Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options..

Create a new layer, Layer 4. Color it white using the Paint Bucket Tool, and place it below Layer 0 (at the bottom).
Zoom in the A48bitb1.psd_C image until it's large enough to clearly see the raster points.
Arrange the image using the box you created so that the raster points align with the other raster points.
Now we'll color the cyan, magenta, yellow, and black layers.
Select Layer 3 (black).
Choose Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options.

Ikuti langkah seperti gambar 1.4
Ketika berada di Color Range, pilih PANTONE process coated
Lalu cari warna CMYK dipilihan warna paling atas (klik tanda panah ke atas)
Pilih warna hitam untuk Layer black, begitu juga dengan Layer cyan, magenta, dan yellow
CATATAN
Agar warna cmyk dapat terlihat tercampur, anda harus mengatur dengan mengurangi Opacity dan Fill di setiap layernya menjadi 50-80%
Follow the steps in Figure 1.4.
When in the Color Range, select PANTONE Process Coated.
Then, find the CMYK color in the top color selection (click the up arrow).
Select black for the black layer, and the same for the cyan, magenta, and yellow layers.
NOTE
To ensure the CMYK colors blend, reduce the Opacity and Fill of each layer to 50-80%.
