How to screen print with the flocking (velvet) technique
Banyak sekali teknik-teknik dalam menyablon seperti discharge, higthdensity, termasuk flocking yang akan kita bahas. Untuk flocking tidak kalah keren dengan teknik sablon lainnya karena memiliki keunikan sendiri yaitu memunculkan bulu-bulu halus(bludru) dalam bentuk tulisan atau gambar sehingga terlihat lebih elegan dan dapat mempengaruhi kaos sedikit lebih mahal tentunya.

Flocking is just as impressive as other screen printing techniques because it has its own unique feature: it creates a fine, velvety texture in the form of text or images, creating a more elegant appearance and, of course, making the t-shirt a little more expensive.
Alat yang dibutuhkan seperangkat alat-alat sablon, mesin press, lem khusus untuk floacking dan lembaran flocking.
The tools needed are a screen printing kit, a press, special glue for flocking, and flocking sheets.
Note: Use a T61 screen size so the glue can easily pass through the screen holes.

Tuangkan lem khusus untuk flocking(bludru) diatas screen lalu gesut 2-3 kali, lalu keringkan menggunakan heat gun, ingat heat gun bukan hairdryer. karena dibutuhkan pemanas yang cukup tinggi.
Pour special flocking glue (velvet) onto the screen, rub it 2-3 times, and then dry it using a heat gun. Remember, a heat gun is not a hair dryer, as it requires a fairly high heat setting.
Setelah kering
Masukan kaos kedalam mesin press atau bisa juga menggunakan strika rumah, dan letakan kertas flock bludru diatas sablonan lem tadi, kemudian press dengan suhu 180 derajat dalam waktu 30 detik.

Setelah kering
Masukan kaos kedalam mesin press atau bisa juga menggunakan strika rumah, dan letakan kertas flock bludru diatas sablonan lem tadi, kemudian press dengan suhu 180 derajat dalam waktu 30 detik.
Once dry,
Place the shirt in a heat press or use a household iron. Place the velvet flock paper over the glued screen print. Press at 180 degrees for 30 seconds.
Setelah 30 detik usap-usap kertas flock bludru hingga adem menggunakan kain. Jika dirasa sudah adem, copot lembaran flock dengan perlahan (jangan terburu-buru).

Setelah 30 detik usap-usap kertas flock bludru hingga adem menggunakan kain. Jika dirasa sudah adem, copot lembaran flock dengan perlahan (jangan terburu-buru).
After 30 seconds, gently rub the velvet flocking paper with a cloth until it cools. Once it feels cool, slowly peel off the flocking sheet (don't rush).
