Creating a School Logo for Manual Screen Printing
Sekarang kita akan merubah logo yang tadi kita buat agar bisa kia sablon dengan metode sablon manual, kenapa sablon manual, karena hasilnya itu ga kalah dengan sablon menggunakan mesin, hmmm boleh lah di adu antara sablon manual dengan sablon menggunakan mesin,hehee. Oya sebelumnya kita harus buat gambar seperti diatas bisa liat disini.
Ok kalo membuat logo sekolah untuk sablon sudah selesai, sekarang kita rubah dengan memisahkan warna.

Hmm, it's worth comparing manual screen printing with machine printing, hehe. Oh, and first, we need to create an image like the one above, which you can see here. Okay, now that we've finished creating the school logo for screen printing, let's modify it by separating the colors.
Coba liat gambar diatas, kira2 ada berapa warna?
yapz betul ada 4 warna, dan kita harus memisahkan ke 4 warna tersebut, yaitu Hitam, Biru, Hijau, Kuning
Perhatikan
Sebelumnya kita buat 4 kotak menggunakan Ractangle Tool, beri warna hitam dengan Smart Fill Color dan taru di sudut page (ini berfungsi sebagai patokan untuk penyablonan nanti)
1. Kita pisahkan warna hitam
Klik kanan pada gambar lalu pilih Ungroup(untuk dapat di edit masing-masing bagian gambar)
Pilih Raughen Brush, klik pada warna Biru, Hijau, dan Kuning lalu tekan Delete pada keyboard
dan hasilnya akan seperti gambar dibawah ini
Take a look at the image above. How many colors do you think there are? Yes, that's right, there are 4 colors, and we need to separate them: Black, Blue, Green, and Yellow.
Note: First, we created 4 boxes using the Rectangle Tool, filled them with black with Smart Fill Color, and placed them in the corners of the page (this will serve as a reference for screen printing later).
1. We'll separate the black color. Right-click on the image and select Ungroup (to edit each part of the image). Select the Raughen Brush, click on the colors Blue, Green, and Yellow, then press Delete on your keyboard. The result will look like the image below.
Save dengan meng Export menjadi JPG, bisa lihat cara mengnyimpannya dengan meng Export disini.

2. Pemisahan warna Hijau
Lakukan seperti langkah 1 klikkan pada warna Biru dan Kuning dan di Delete
Ganti warna Hijau dengan Smart Fill Tool menjadi hitam
Ganti warna tulisan SDN 098 DEPOK dengan Text Tool menjadi warna Putih
Save by exporting it as a JPG. You can see how to do this here.

2. Green Color Separation Repeat the same steps as in step 1, click on the blue and yellow colors and delete them.
Change the green color to black with the Smart Fill Tool.
Change the color of the SDN 098 DEPOK text to white with the Text Tool.
Save dengan meng Export

3. Pemisahan warna Kuning
Sama seperti langkah diatas klik warna Hijau dan Biru dan di Delete
Berikan warna Hitam
Save by Exporting
"Click Undo to return the image to its original state again"
3. Yellow color separation Just like the steps above, click Green and Blue and Delete
Give it Black color
Save dengan meng Export

4. Pemisahan warna Biru
Hmmmm, sama kok kaya langkah diatas, tapi pilih warna Hijau dan Kuning dan di Delete lagi
Jangan Lupa kasih warna hitam
Save by Exporting

4. Blue Color Separation
Hmm, same as the steps above, but select Green and Yellow and Delete them again.
Don't forget to color it black.
Save dengan meng Export
Dan sekarang kita punya 4 file dengan gambar yang berbeda dan dapat kita langsung print.
Ada pertanyaan
Kenapa si harus disimpan dengan meng Export..??
Karena kalo kita mao nge print kita ga perlu repot buka-buka CorelDraw lagi, tinggal kita buka aja di folder n setting print deh,.
Kenapa Harus dikasih Warna hitam..??
Karena kita ingin menyablon, kalo warna lain, yaa ga bakal bisa nanti dalam proses penyablonannya, (warna hitamlah yang akan disaring oleh cahaya saat proses Afdruk)
Mau tau cara nyablonnya,.. Ok kita langsung berangkaat..

Why do we have to save by Exporting?
Because if we want to print, we don't need to bother opening CorelDraw again; we can just open it in the folder and set the print settings.
Why does it have to be black? Because we want to screen print. If it's a different color, it won't work during the screen printing process (black is what will be filtered by the light during the printing process).
