Pada artikel sebelumnya kita telah membahas bagaimana cara mendesain gambar negative dengan #cara 1, dan sekarang kita akan belajar dengan cara kedua. Untuk hasil akhirnya bisa kamu lihat nanti ketika proses penyablonan selesai.
In the previous article, we discussed how to design a negative image using method 1, and now we'll learn the second method. You can see the final result once the screen printing process is complete.
Buat baru File > New, disini kita akan memakai kertas A4 dengan ukuran 21.0cm x 29.7cm, jadi gamti type ukuran menjadi "cm" dan isi widht 21.0 dan height 29.7, Resolution 270 ok
Create a new File > New. Here, we'll use A4 paper measuring 21.0cm x 29.7cm. So, change the size to "cm" and enter the width 21.0cm and height 29.7cm. Set the Resolution to 270.
Buka gambar kesukaan kamu File > Open , disarankan agar gambar dengan resolusi tinggi, jika resolusi terlihat kurang, jangan kwatir kamu bisa merubah gambar kesukaan kamu itu dengan cara pilih menu Image > Image Size lalu isikan Resolution 270, ok
Open your favorite image. File > Open. It's recommended to use a high-resolution image. If the resolution seems low, don't worry, you can change it by selecting Image > Image Size and entering the Resolution to 270.
Sekarang drag gambar kedalam file dokumen A4 tadi yang kamu buat, kemudian sesuaikan, namun harus kamu ingat sisakan ruang untuk membuat 4 kotak kecil, kenapa? bisa baca di artikel sebelumnya
Now, drag the image into the A4 document file you just created. Then, adjust it. Remember to leave space for four small boxes. You can read about why in the previous article.
Bila sudah dibuat 4 kotak kecil
Once you've created the four small boxes,
Lalu pilih menu Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Invert, lalu klik ok
Select Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Invert, then click OK.
Pilih menu Layer > Flatten Image, ini berfungsi agar gambar dapat dijadikan raster
Select Layer > Flatten Image. This will convert the image to a raster.
Pilih menu Mode > Bitmap, isi Output Resolution 270, didalam dunia sablon manual standarnya antara 250 s/d 300 px/inch, dan pilih Method Halftone Screen, ok
Select Mode > Bitmap. Set the Output Resolution to 270. In manual screen printing, the standard is between 250 and 300 pixels per inch. Select the Halftone Screen method. Click OK.
Pada kotak Halftone Screen isi Frequency (pengaruh titik) : 50, Angle (kemiringan titik) : 30, Shape (bentuk titik) : Ellipse, ok
In the Halftone Screen box, enter Frequency (dot effect): 50, Angle (dot tilt): 30, and Shape (dot shape): Ellipse. Click OK.
Bila di Zoom maka titik rasternya akan terlihat
Zoom in, and the raster dots will be visible.
Kemudian bisa kamu save, atau export file, atau bila punya printer sendiri bisa langsung kamu print, disarankan si pake printer laser/printer dengan tinta berbasis solvent(minyak).
Then you can save or export the file, or if you have your own printer, you can print directly. We recommend using a laser printer or a printer with solvent-based (oil) ink.
Ingat ini film negative (-) bearti pada saat penyablonan dibahan gelap (hitam) nanti, kamu harus menggunakan tinta warna putih/terang.
Remember, this is negative film (-), which means that when screen printing on dark (black) materials, you must use white/light ink.
